RETURN POLICY

I will accept a return if you received the item damaged.  You will have to contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item to let me know it was damaged and make arrangements to send it back.  Please note, it MUST be within 24 hours. 

I will always make my best effort to package items as securely as possible. 

Before I ship, I will contact you with an estimated time of arrival.  If you will be away for a few days, then I will delay the shipment, so you can receive it when you get home and have the 24 hour grace period.

I made every effort to make the colors on the images as close as possible to the real colors and to give you a very honest presentation of the items.  Because of this, I will prefer to not accept returns based on the fact that it doesn’t match your decor or the shape was not right.  But I am not completely unreasonable and will gladly hear you out regarding your complaint, and try to accommodate.

In the event that you return an undamaged piece, please re-wrap and package it, as you received it.  If it comes back to me damaged, then I will not send a refund, since I will not be able to re-sell the item.
